Mamut One (by "a Visma Company")could be a good program if Mamut would support it in the UK. It would be great if they answered email support queries in under a week, but they dont, It would be great if they answered their phone support line, but they dont. It would be great in you can use the Mamut online desktop for more than one day at a time without it crashing, but you cant.It would be good if after crashing you could get back running in under a week, but you cant. It would be great if their support system connected to the program worked after you spent 10 minutes typing in all the information that may help them sort an issue but it doesnt. it would be great if they appreciate you have spent 5 years and tens of thousands of pounds investing in this product in your company, but they dont.
ReplyDeleteThe individual staff, if you ever get to speak to either of them, are great but the rest of it is not geared up to allow you to run/grow a business in the UK.
